Latest updates
Recent improvements to Prospero for field teams.
Switch markets by group, choose what each person reaches, cover several industries in one market, edit each industry's playbook on one page, plan routes and calls by market, share saved views with everyone, and set chains and lead rules in plain words
Settings, Chains lists every chain brand on your leads in one table: its rule, who added it, how many leads it covers and what happens to them. Add chain opens a short form for the brand and the text its names contain, set to Always a chain or Never a chain, and shows the leads it would match before you save.
Settings, Lead rules replaces Verdict rules and says each rule in plain words. Keep holds the sit-down rule, with its review floor inside the sentence and its Google place types as chips you add and remove. Skip automatically lists each kind of business to pass on, with real examples. Ask a person sets how sure Prospero must be before it decides alone. The safety rules that are always on sit closed at the bottom. Save shows what a re-check would change before it writes.
The market in the top bar now opens a switcher that lists your markets by group, with a search field first and your three most recent markets above the rest. Press ⌘K or Ctrl+K to open it from anywhere. Admins create, rename and delete groups in Settings, Markets, move a market with Move to group, and pick a group when adding a market. Your organizations, and Create organization, moved to the account menu.
The market switcher now starts with All markets, and each group has View all. Leads then lists every market in the selection together, with a Market column. The map, the board, the tier sections and Export CSV wait until you pick one market. Today, Plan, Calls and the other one-market pages ask you to pick a market, and Import asks which market the leads go to, then switches to it.
Your first market no longer asks for a team name: pick the city and what you sell into there. Add market takes several industries at once and starts discovery for each.
Settings, Markets now lists each market once, with the industries it covers, its status, its leads and its last run. Configure opens one tab per industry to switch its sources or remove it, and adds another industry. Run pipeline runs discovery for one industry, and Sources sets each industry's sources in that market.
Settings, Playbook replaces the separate Tiers and Rules pages. Pick an industry tab, then edit its tiers, deal stages, lost reasons and score rules, and save them together with Save playbook. Won and Lost close the deal and stay. A stage that still holds leads says how many before it can go.
Settings, Members shows what each person reaches in the Scope column. Open a member to edit their Access: each line opens the organization, a group or a market, for one industry or all of them, and the line under them names every market they add up to. An invitation carries access too. An admin or a member starts on the whole organization, and a salesperson starts with nothing chosen. A lead now goes only to a rep whose access reaches it.
Plan, Today and the Board follow the market in the top bar, with no team to pick. A route belongs to a rep, a market and a day, and anyone whose access reaches the market sees its routes.
Calls follows the market in the top bar. A rep keeps one working week and one set of Calling and Unavailable blocks in every market, and the market's Holiday and Hospitality calendars show for everyone planning there.
Saved views are shared with everyone in your organization, on every market, instead of one team. Each person sees a shared view's leads only where their access reaches, and a view remembers the market it was made on.
Views that several teams each kept become one shared tab. Two views with the same name and filters merge, and a view whose name another one already uses takes its market's name after it. Starter views such as Never contacted are added once for the organization, with its first market.
Saved views are the same on every market. Choosing a view made on another market switches to that market. When you save a view, Who sees it offers Only me or Everyone.
AI assistants connected to Prospero work by market and industry too. They start, check, resume and rescore discovery for an industry in a market, and edit tiers, rules and sources on the playbook and the market's industries. Reconnect a connected assistant once so it picks up the change.
Customers ranks paying venues and hands every won customer to the new customer success role on a Board, with a few minutes to undo, Integrations splits into five pages with Apero under Contracts & billing, a lead's Invoices shows payments, and hiding a calendar changes only your view
Settings, Integrations is now five pages, each with its providers' marks. External CRM puts HubSpot and Attio side by side for a legacy CRM you keep or migrate from, and shows only the one you connect. To switch, disconnect the current one first. Calls puts Quo beside Sadie, which is coming soon. Contracts & billing holds Apero, then Stripe beside Valpay, which is coming soon. AI agents holds the MCP connection and agent keys, and API keys lists each provider key under the job it does.
An admin pastes the Apero address and its trigger secret, and Prospero checks the pair, then reads every agreement and invoice. Test, Sync now and Disconnect sit on the card with the last event, the last sync and any error. Apero pushes each change back with an API key that carries the contract events scope.
Managers get a Customers page once Apero contracts are connected. It ranks every signed or paying venue with the overdue ones first, shows the contract and billing state, the monthly and yearly value, the next due date and the days late, and filters by overdue, due soon, signed with no card yet, billing starting later, and canceled or paused. Invoices Stripe could not match to a venue sit in their own group, and you link each to its lead in one step. Opening a venue shows every invoice with Stripe's page, the PDF and a Copy payment link.
Customer success is a new member role that sees only Customers. Invite someone as customer success, or change a member's role, in Settings, Members. Calendar lays every invoice on the day it falls due, by day, week or month, with Overdue, Due and Paid filters and their totals.
Customers now opens on a Board for customer success, with one column per onboarding stage from Kickoff to Live. Each card shows the customer's owner, when kickoff is due and how long it has sat in its stage. Drag a card to move it, assign an owner from the card, and filter by Mine, Team or Unassigned. A won lead lands on the first stage with an owner picked from customer success. Admins set the stages, the kickoff rule and how owners are picked in Settings, Customer success.
Marking a lead Won hands it to customer success after a short window, five minutes unless an admin changes it. A message counts down with Undo, which puts the lead back where it was. The lead's stage shows the countdown, then that customer success has it and who owns it.
The calendar shows the market's Holiday and Hospitality calendars beside the invoices. Customer success can add another calendar, hide one or sync it again.
Opening a customer shows the same venue detail as Leads, beside the list. Since signing compares the score and tier the venue had when it signed with today's, and lists the other venues in its group that are customers, with any overdue invoice. Customer success can call the venue and its people, set the call's outcome, and keep notes.
A lead's Invoices section now shows its subscription, with the plan, its status, how many locations it bills and when a trial ends or a cancellation takes effect, and the latest payments, each marked succeeded, failed or refunded with its amount and date. Billing details close the section with the customer's name, email and address.
Hiding a calendar under Sources now changes only your own view, on Calls and on the Customers calendar, so a teammate's choice never hides your holidays. A calendar you add is yours: only you see it. The market's Holiday and Hospitality calendars still show for everyone until each person hides them.
Dashboard shows your team's week, rep by rep, and each rep's visits day by day
Dashboard now opens on this week, Monday to today in your market's time zone. It shows calls, demos, won and lost for the team, then each rep's calls, visits, demos, proposals, wins and won value, with a strip of the days they visited. Open a rep and the same strip shows that rep's visits day by day, with the count under each day. The won and proposal lists name each venue, the rep and the day, and Open book shows what is still in play by stage. With Apero contracts connected, the money band adds Collected, what was paid in the range, and Outstanding and Overdue, what is still owed today, each with its invoice count.
Leads has one toolbar, a view picker, Filters, Sort, Display and More, a lead opens nearly full screen from the board or map, a restaurant group opens its venues as rows of the table, a lead names its group under its name, and a lead's fields and decision cite the records and teammates behind them
Saved views now sit in one picker at the start of the row above your leads. It names the view you have open and its count. Open it for All leads, Your views and the views Shared with everyone, or select New view to start from all leads or from leads you pick. With leads selected, Add to saved view starts with New view from these leads.
The same row holds Filters, Sort, Display and the Table, Map and Board switch. Filters lists every field and adds it as a chip, and the Tier filter shows how many leads each tier holds. Display shows only what the current layout can change: the columns and Group by tier on the table, the pins and colour on the map. The chip row appears only while a view has filters or unsaved changes, with Save view at its end. Export CSV, Import and Duplicates moved into More, at the top right. The tier counts line and the sentence under the table are gone, and empty stages on the board start folded.
On a computer, opening a lead from the board or the map now rises over nearly the whole screen, with the lead's contact and business details on the left and its score on the right. The tab at its top right closes it, moves to the previous or next lead in your view and shows where you are. Escape or a click above the lead closes it too. On a phone or a tablet the lead still opens from the bottom of the screen.
In the table, the chip beside a venue's name opens its restaurant group's other venues in this market as rows right under it, lined up with every column: score, tier, address, phone and the rest. Click one to open its lead.
An open lead that belongs to a restaurant group says so under its address, with the group's name and how many venues it has. Click the line to jump to the lead's Restaurant group section.
An open lead now has a Sources section after Decision. It numbers every outside listing that names the venue: where Prospero found it, its Google listing, any duplicate merged into it, and the venue's own website. Each one opens the listing itself, so you can check a lead before you visit. A source with no page of its own shows its reference and says it has no link.
Beside a field, such as the phone, the website or the contact person, a number in brackets names the source it came from. The number matches the row in Sources, and a listing's number opens it. Sources also lists each teammate who created the lead, typed in a field, or added or edited a person on it, so a value someone typed shows their name and their number.
The Decision section numbers its evidence the same way: a Google status or review points at the Google listing, a line from the venue's site at its website.
