Troubleshooting

HubSpot sync problems

Find out whether a HubSpot record can retry, needs review, or needs a new count check.

Start with the HubSpot status shown under Settings, Integrations, External CRM. The page separates retryable records from records that need an operator.

Confirm the CRM shows Connected.

If it shows Error or Disconnected, reconnect it.

Review Last sync failed and the provider response.

If retryable records are listed, select Retry recoverable records. The button puts only those eligible records back in the queue.

Select Verify sync accuracy.

If counts do not match, wait for HubSpot to finish. Select Push the missing records again to retry failed pushes and repair missing links. That action does not recreate records deleted in HubSpot.

If the mismatch is a record deleted in HubSpot and the saved policy is Restore it on the next sync, select Repair and re-push.

Operator-action-required records have a conflict another retry cannot fix. Read the error group and resolve the named record or duplicate review first.

Check the saved sync policy when expected contacts, deals, industries, markets, or platforms are missing. Saving the policy does not run a sync. The count does not include records suppressed by the HubSpot deletion policy.

If a token expired or its access changed, select Replace credential. Paste a valid token with CRM read and write access, then select Replace credential again.
