Configure team tiers
Set the labels, colors, score ranges, and order used to group one team's leads.
Tiers turn lead scores into the groups your team sees in Leads, route planning, and Today's route. Each team has its own tier labels, colors, score bands, and order.
Before you start
Select the correct market and team in the top bar. You need owner or admin access to save pipeline settings.
Review the current tiers
Open the tier settings
Open Settings, select Pipeline, then open Tiers. The page lists the selected team's tiers in their current order.

Check the score range preview
Review Score range preview. Each score from 0 through 100 must belong to a valid band, and two bands cannot overlap.
Edit a tier
Change the label
Edit Label to use the name your team should see. The change applies anywhere Prospero displays that tier.
Choose the color
Choose a Colour token. The preview updates to show the color used in lead rows, map markers, score details, and route stops.
Set the score band
Enter Minimum and Maximum values between 0 and 100. Keep the minimum below the maximum and make sure the band does not overlap another tier.
Change the tier order
Use Move tier up or Move tier down. The list order controls how Prospero presents the tiers in filters and summaries.
Add or remove a tier
Add another score band
Select Add tier, then enter its label, color, minimum, and maximum. Check the preview before saving.
Remove an unused tier
Select Delete tier and confirm the removal. At least one tier must remain.
Save the tiers
Select Save tiers. Wait for Team tiers saved before leaving the page. If Prospero reports that bands overlap, reverse, or fall outside 0 through 100, correct the highlighted range and save again.
Use Reset tiers when the team should return to the industry defaults. Resetting replaces the team's tier labels, colors, bands, and order.
Apply the tier setup
Open Configure scoring rules when the score calculation also needs to change. Run Rescore from Activity after scoring changes so existing leads receive updated scores and tiers.
